Important notes for cowork sessions:

  • Caregivers stay on the premises at all times

  • Staff will not perform diaper changes without caregiver involvement

  • If your child needs support beyond basic supervision, we will come get you

  • Highland House offers dedicated one-hour coworking sessions for caregivers who need a focused moment to work, take a meeting, or reset — while staying close by.

    During these sessions:

    • Children remain in the play space with our trained staff

    • Caregivers work from our designated conference/coworking room

    • Sessions are limited to one hour at a time

    • This offering is available during specific, scheduled hours only

    How it works

    • Reserve a one-hour coworking session in advance

    • Drop your child off in the play space at the start of your session

    • Settle into the conference room to work

    • Our team will notify you immediately if your child needs anything — including comfort, support, or a diaper change

    • Caregivers remain on-site and available at all times

    • Caregiver & Child classes: art, music, movement, story time, sensory play

    • Parent focused events: parenting support, wellness, education, community conversations
