Currently, Highland House Play Cafe is looking for our HOME! Here in Highland Park, this brick and mortar will serve as a safe space for our community caregivers and young ones. Please donate to make this house a home.

3% Cover the Fee

All donations will go toward permitting and building our dream Highland House Play Cafe. We are looking to raise around $200,000.

Cafe

Build out for our high end coffee bar which includes espresso machine, licensing for food handling, grinders, brewers, refrigeration, plumbing, counters, smallwares.

Party/Event Room

Walls/partition, flooring, party tables, chairs, storage, decor, AV and lighting

Custom Indoor Play Structure

Custom designed play space that is safe, commercial grade and installed professionally.

Programming and Partnerships

We hope to support other Northeast Los Angeles businesses by creating partnerships to host local programs, classes, and events. This will help us give back to our partners.

Furniture

Bar seating to face the play area, kids’ activity tables and chairs, lounge area with comfortable couches to sit and sip as well as tables and chairs for snack time.

Permits, design fees, inspections, 10-15% contingency for overages
