Play & Hours

  • Our space is designed for babies, toddlers, and young children ages 0–7. We have dedicated infant zones, soft spaces, and open-ended materials that grow with your child.

  • Yes. Highland House is a caregiver-supervised space. You must remain in the building during your child’s entire visit.

  • Each drop-in play session is 2 hours. If we’re not at capacity, you’re welcome to extend your stay.

  • Booking ahead is highly recommended—especially mornings and weekends—but walk-ins are welcome when space allows.

  • Our hours vary by day and programming. Check our PLAY page or Google listing for the most up-to-date schedule.

Health, safety & Cleanliness

  • If your child has had a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, or other contagious symptoms within the last 24 hours, please take a rain check. We’ll be here when everyone’s feeling better.

  • We sanitize high-touch surfaces throughout the day and deep-clean every night. Shoes stay in stroller parking so babies can safely explore on clean floors.

  • Yes. All equipment meets commercial safety standards and is designed specifically for young children.

Cafe & Food

  • Outside food for babies/toddlers is totally fine. We kindly ask adults to support our small business by ordering from our café.

  • We partner with rotating local roasters to serve craft coffee and espresso drinks you’ll actually enjoy drinking while your kids play.

  • We keep nut-free, dairy-free, and gluten-friendly snacks stocked!

classes

  • Yes! Expect music, movement, art, sensory play, parent workshops, nanny happy hours, and more—all taught by local educators and community partners.

  • Some classes are included, and others are discounted for members. Premium members get the best pricing.

  • Head to our Classes page to see the upcoming schedule. Space is limited, so booking ahead is recommended.

parties & Private events

  • Absolutely! We offer birthday party packages with optional add-ons. Visit our Parties page to see availability and book your date.

  • Our party room can accommodate up to x guests.

  • Yes! Bring your own cake, food and snacks. To protect our walls (and your sanity), we don’t allow outside décor.
    But the good news? Our curated décor packages save you time and stress. No hauling supplies, no taping things up, and no cleanup — just show up, celebrate, and go home happy.

  • Yes! Gift cards can be used for play, memberships, and classes.

  • We are building a Community Fund to sponsor memberships and classes for families who need support. More info coming soon.

Membership

  • Drop in play is $20 per child for a 2 hour visit.

  • Babies 0-12 months have a discounted rate of $12 for drop in.

  • Each drop-in play session is 2 hours. If we’re not at capacity, you’re welcome to extend your stay.

    • Weekday: unlimited play M-F

    • Basic: Unlimited play any day of the week

    • Premium: All basic perks + discounts, guest passes, and priority booking.

  • Yes. We offer discounted sibling memberships so families with multiple children can save.

  • Yes! Eacho membership includes two caregivers per household on the same account. Addition can be purchased for $7/month.
