HOUSE RULES (We’re all just trying to avoid time-out)

supervision

  • You know your child best — and you’re responsible for them while you’re here

  • Our staff supervises the space, not individual children

  • If your child needs help, comfort, or a reset, we’ll come find you (no disappearing acts, please)

  • This is not drop-off childcare : caregivers must stay on-site and actively supervise their children at all times.

  • Children 0-8 and their caregivers

who is this space for?

Food, DRINKS, AND SNACKS

  • Food and drinks stay out of play areas but parents may have lidded drink

  • Infant bottles, breastmilk, formula, and medically necessary snacks are always okay

  • Please be mindful of allergies — we’re all in this together

  • Caregivers handle all diaper changes and bathroom needs

  • Our staff does not change diapers or assist with toileting

  • Please dispose of diapers properly (not behind the couch… we’ve seen things)

diapers and potty stuff

safety

  • Be kind to others and gentle with the toys

  • No rough play, throwing toys, or WWE-style wrestling

  • Help your child clean up before moving on (team effort!)

  • If something feels unsafe, our staff may step in — safety always comes first.

  • Socks are required for both children and adults in the play area.
(Don’t worry — we sell cute socks at check-in if you forget!)
