& booking
-
We're open 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Visits happen in three two-hour play windows — 8–10, 10–12, and 12–2. You can come at any point in that window and are welcome to stay longer at no charge- just make sure to extend your visit with us.
-
Running behind? It happens — you have kids. You are welcome to come at any point during your two hour window.
-
Plans change — especially with little ones. Cancel your reserved window at least 12 hours in advance and we'll refund you in full. Cancellations inside 12 hours, or no-shows, aren't refundable — we hold that spot for you and can't always fill it last-minute. If Highland House ever needs to cancel a session on our end, you'll be refunded automatically.
-
Membership is per child in a family house hold and up to 3 caregivers, plus your kids ages 0–8. A few things to know:
Membership is per family and isn't shared, sold, or used by another household.
Need an extra regular caregiver on the account (nanny, grandparent, co-parent)? Add them for $7/month.
Guest passes are good for a year and can be used on weekends or for siblings.
Billing starts on the 1st of each month; if you join mid-month, your first month is prorated.
Need a break? You can pause your membership for $15/month to lock in your current rate — cancel anytime and come back later, though we can't guarantee your same rate on return.
For Founding Member–specific terms (locked rate, cancellation notice, transferability), see the Founding Membership FAQ.
