  Parents and caregivers remain on the premises and supervise their children at all times. Highland House is a play café, not a daycare.

• Drop in without a membership: $22 per child, $18 per additional sibling, or $15 for a baby under 1.

  For regular visits, a one-child membership is $135/month for unlimited play. Seven regular $22 visits cost $154 — membership saves $19.

Cancel your reserved window at least 12 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 12 hours and no-shows are not refundable. If Highland House cancels a session, your refund is automatic.

Keep food at the tables. No outside food or drinks in the play area. Please tell staff about allergies. See our café page for opening-menu updates.

Yes! Staff can help with your stroller. Storage for folded strollers is next to the bench where you take off your shoes.
